We are growing our presence in the community and strengthening relationships with local health and social care partners.<\/p>\n<p>We are now seeking an experienced and motivated\u00a0<b>Registered Care Manager<\/b>\u00a0to lead the service, oversee daily operations, and support continued growth.<\/p>\n<p><b>The Role<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the\u00a0<b>day-to-day management of the domiciliary care business<\/b>, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality care delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, compliance expertise, and the confidence to represent Visiting Angels Lincolnshire within the community.<\/p>\n<p>You will play a key role in client onboarding, staff recruitment, compliance management, and brand development.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Care Delivery &amp; Client Management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate\u00a0<b>first-hand experience of working in domiciliary care<\/b>, with a strong understanding of client needs<\/li>\n<li>Onboard new clients, carry out initial and ongoing assessments, and design high-quality, person-centred care plans<\/li>\n<li>Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and their families<\/li>\n<li>Manage client reviews, follow-ups, and ongoing care adjustments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Community Engagement &amp; Business Growth<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain professional relationships with\u00a0<b>health and social care teams, GP practices, hospital discharge teams, pharmacies, and community partners<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Actively engage in the local community to promote Visiting Angels Lincolnshire<\/li>\n<li>Be confident and proactive in meeting people, networking, and representing the Visiting Angels brand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Operational &amp; Business Management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the\u00a0<b>day-to-day running of the business<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Handle enquiries via phone, email, website, and referral sources<\/li>\n<li>Convert enquiries and assessments into care packages<\/li>\n<li>Carry out client follow-up calls, courtesy calls, and visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Recruitment, Training &amp; Workforce Management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advertise, recruit, and onboard care staff in line with business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Conduct screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Oversee training, shadowing, induction, and onboarding of new staff<\/li>\n<li>Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and provide structured feedback<\/li>\n<li>Support staff development and performance management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Compliance, Governance &amp; Reporting<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all documentation, systems, and processes are fully\u00a0<b>CQC compliant<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date records in line with care standards and legislation<\/li>\n<li>Produce detailed reports for senior management<\/li>\n<li>Carry out\u00a0<b>monthly, quarterly, and annual internal audits<\/b>\u00a0of care delivery and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong working knowledge of\u00a0<b>care standards, CQC regulations, and legislation<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About You<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Essential:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience as a\u00a0<b>Registered Care Manager or Deputy Care Manager<\/b>\u00a0in a domiciliary \/ home care setting<\/li>\n<li><b>NVQ Level 3 in Health &amp; Social Care<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work towards\u00a0<b>NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health &amp; Social Care<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, care standards, and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy operational environment<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, professional, and relationship-focused approach<\/li>\n<li>Full UK driving licence<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desirable:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Train the Trainer qualification<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Previous experience registered with CQC as a\u00a0<b>Registered Manager or Nominated Individual<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting service growth, community engagement, or business development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We
