Visiting Angels Are lovely to work with. You always get an immediate response and they are extremely flexible and helpful. Things don’t always go according to plan with the elderly, but they are always ready to help or to make accommodations and never complain about short-notice changes of arrangements. They have made what has been a very stressful time for the family easier. Highly recommend

Thank you for your caring support you have provided for the past 3 weeks for my father
I was very satisfied with the care that was provided for my father whilst his wife was away on vacation , the carers that was provided were very considerate and helpful to my fathers needs and they made him feel very comfortable at all times

My parents have been having help from visiting angels for quite awhile now. I am so grateful for their kind care and professionalism. After an interview with my parents they were matched with a carer, who was wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient and honest. She became a friend to my mum and dad. I was very worried when she went on maternity leave that my parents would struggle to accept another carer but the agency matched perfectly and my mum and dad are very happy. Having visiting angels has allowed my parents to live in their own home and be as independent as possible. When we have needed extra support/ hours the agency has found them. I do not live locally to my parents and so choosing the right care agency was very important. My parents are treated with respect and kindness. Thank you Visiting Angels home care.

Georgia and Shannon from Visiting Angels provided care to my aunt for about 5 months. In that time they were so thoughtful and respectful and my aunt always said how much she liked them both. They did so much more than just personal care and meal supervision, showing interest in her general well being and encouraging her with activities. I felt she was totally safe in their care. Communication was excellent- I always felt well informed and the process of setting up the care arrangements was smooth and efficient, co ordinated by Candice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Georgia and Shannon from Visiting Angels and am grateful for their care of my aunt.

Just before Christmas 2024 I was hit by a car whilst on a zebra crossing, fracturing my left elbow and left hip. I am the carer for my wife and knew we would need help. We contacted Visiting Angels, who responded extremely quickly and arranged a live in carer for us.. After a few weeks in hospital I was discharged and returned home and the carer was there ready and waiting to help us. The live in carer was called Sunil and he was fantastic, extremely helpful and got on really well with us and all members of the family. He was very aimiable and became a close friend.
On certain occasions we had other Angels come to cover and these too ere brilliant, our thanks and appreciation goes to Ashritha, Thoufiq, Tacey and Ayesha and of course to Sunil.

The Visiting Angels managers were all friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.
Without the help from Visiting Angels I don't kow how we would have manged, so thak you all very much.
I would recommend Visiting Angels to anyone considering getting care arrangements for themselves or family members.

I asked the manager to post the review on my behalf as I would prefer to stay anonymous, but I would love to share my experience.

I fell off my bike and fractured my leg and was therefore non-weight bearing, in a brace and on crutches, so struggling with everyday tasks. Visiting Angels were superb. They responded quickly to my enquiry and provided me with a carer within 48 hours. The carers were great - calm and attentive. Visiting Angels’ were incredibly flexible when I needed to change my hours of care. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
