The Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers to support clients in their own homes across the LN5 and LN6 areas of Lincoln and the surrounding North Kesteven area in Lincolnshire.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide companionship and meaningful emotional support
• Assist with shopping, light domestic duties, and preparing meals
• Support clients with nutrition, personal care, and medication routines
• Promote independence and encourage involvement in the local community
• Deliver reliable, person centred care that positively improves daily life

What We Are Looking For

• A driver with a full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• No experience required – full training provided
• A kind, patient, and compassionate personality
• A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
• Willingness to complete a DBS check during the recruitment process
