 You will help support our lovely clients to remain happy and independent in their own homes throughout Stratford-upon-Avon and in South Warwickshire, including Henley-in-Arden, Solihull, Alcester, Warwick and Redditch. 

Pay rates

Home Care Assistant starting pay rate is £13.30 PLUS TRAVEL TIME & MILEAGE rising to £14.00 on your first Angelversary! Bank holidays are paid at an excellent rate of time and a half or double time!

Hours available: Part time hours, Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends

Working times

• Mornings – 7am – 2pm
• Afternoons – 12pm – 6pm
• Evenings – 4pm – 10 pm

• Providing essential personal care to clients in a respectful, dignified manner

• Assisting with everyday tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Supporting with medication reminders and personal hygiene routines
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the people you care for
